Abstract

결론
3세부터 7세까지의 미취학 아동 511명을 대상으로 방문을 한 군 241명을 실험군으로 하고,
방문을 하지 않은 270명을 대조군으로 하여 인물화평점법을 이용해 불안도를 조사하였다.
방문이 미취학 아동의 불안도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 성, 연령, 치과치료경험 유무에 따
른 불안도도 함께 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 방문을 한 군이 방문을 하지 않은 군보다 불안도가 높게 나타났다(P<0.01).
2. 성별 불안도는 남아가 5.59, 여아가 4.85로 남아가 여아보다 불안도가 높았다(P<0.05).
3. 연령에 따른 불안도는 4세에서 9.28, 5세에서 6.76, 6세에서 4.79, 7세에서 3.57로 연령이
적을수록 불안도가 높았다(P<0.01).
4. 치료경험유무에 따른 불안도는 치료경험이 없는 군이 6.02, 치료경험이 있는 군이 4.54로
치료경험이 없는 군이 치료경험이 있는 군보다 불안도가 높게 나타났다(P<0.01).
5. 방문이 불안도에 미친 영향을 성, 연령, 치과치료경험유무와 조합하여 분석했을 때 상호
작용효과는 없었다(P>0.05).

The purpose of this study was to measure preschool children' anxiety about
educational dental visit. This study was undertaken in 511 preschool children, 241 with
educational dental visit and 270 without educational dental visit, whose age ranged from
3 to 7 years old. Preschool children during educational dental visit observated dental
environment, directly touched dental instrument, and were surveyed oral condition. After
they had gone to their preschool, they drew dentist. Drawings were analyzed using
Human Figure Drawing Scoring System developed by Sonnenberg and Venham. The
results were as follows ;
1. The anxiety score of group with educational dental visit was higher than that of
group without dental visit(P<0.01).
2. The anxiety score was 9.28 in 4 year old, 6.78 in 5 year old, 4.79 in 6 year old, and
3.57 in 7 year old. There were significant difference in each groups(P<0.01).
3. The anxiety score of boys was higher than that of girls(P<0.05).
4. The anxiety score of untreated preschool children was higher than that of treated
preschool children(P<0.01).
5. There was not the effect of relation between age and educational dental visit,
between gender and educational dental visit, between treatment experience and
educational dental visit(P>0.05).
